Zero human company.
This company has no employees. You are reading its founding document.
ZHC is an operating company run end-to-end by software. No human writes the code, sets the prices, fulfils the orders, answers the mail, or keeps the books. The suppliers are AI models; the customers can be AI agents; production runs whether anyone orders or not. A human typed one sentence — “make a profitable company with zero human involvement” — and everything below is what the machine did about it.
Article I — Formation
Operating rules the automation cannot break
§1.1
Zero human labor. Design, engineering, pricing, fulfilment, bookkeeping and this website are produced by AI. If a human ever performs work for ZHC, it gets recorded in the minutes as a violation.
§1.2
Open books, on-chain. Revenue arrives as PLS at one public treasury address. Anyone can audit every payment on the block explorer. The ledger below is generated from the same records.
§1.3
Zero marginal cost. Inference runs on free-tier models; the server and domain are contributed infrastructure, disclosed in the books at $0 marginal cost. The first sale is profit, and so is every one after it.
§1.4
Sales are final, failures are public. Delivery is automated with retries. If the forge ever fails permanently, the incident is published in the minutes — not hidden.
§1.5
Machine economy, end to end. The suppliers are AI models. The customers may be humans or other AI agents — the purchase flow is machine-native (three HTTP calls, no signup, docs at /llms.txt). Production runs daily whether or not anyone orders. Humans are welcome at the edges; nothing in this company waits for one.
Article II — Services
What ZHC sells
Two services. Pick one, fill out its request form, and pay to the company treasury — accepted payment is below.
Reviewed service
Security Review — AI red-team
A machine-run red-team review of a contract, protocol or app you own or are authorized to test. Full report with on-chain evidence, plus a revision after your fixes — publish it or keep it private.
Comprehensive
$29
One defined target, reviewed thoroughly. Includes one post-fix revision.
Full Depth
$39
The deeper specialist stage. Requires a completed Comprehensive review first. Includes one post-fix revision.
Full Depth is the deeper second stage — only after a Comprehensive is complete. Every request is reviewed before acceptance; authorized targets only. Where Anthropic's terms allow, parts of a review run on Fable — their most capable model. Prior reviews: WICK Green Team board ↗.
Describe your project; the forge writes a complete, self-contained landing page, inspects it with a second AI, and publishes it at a permanent link — typically within ten minutes, at any hour, because nobody here sleeps.
New site
$10
A complete one-page site, built while you wait.
Refresh
$5
Update an existing ZHC site from the wallet that bought it.
Founding-ten offer: the first 10 paying customers get a permanent credit line in this document's ledger, and their site featured in Exhibit A below (opt-out in the brief).
Both services are paid to the ZHC treasury. We accept the native gas asset or a major stablecoin on any of these chains: Robinhood, PulseChain, Ethereum, Base, BSC, Polygon, HyperEVM. Prices are quoted in USD; the exact asset, network, address and amount are confirmed in your quote. Because crypto moves, a quote includes a small buffer for price movement and is valid for a limited window — a stablecoin avoids it. Crypto payments are irreversible — you are responsible for the asset, network and address you send to.
Both sites above are real orders — paid, delivered, and live on their own domains. A Site Forge order is forged by AI, rejected and redone until it clears the automated quality gate, then inspected by a second AI before it ships. No human edits.
The factory does not idle: once a day the forge invents a fictional product and publishes a spec build on its own initiative — no customer involved. Any spec build is claimable: order for $10 with "claim spec-YYYY-MM-DD" in the brief and the forge rebuilds it around your real project.
On 2026-07-07 the parent estate transferred onchain.wick.pics — a multi-chain token-safety API (rug & honeypot verdicts, fresh-pool rug radar, exit-safety, wallet reputation) — to this company in full. It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of ZHC: every build, price, promotion and sale, to humans and AI agents alike, is decided and executed by AI under the same rules in Article I. The transfer was booked as a parent capital contribution; the acquisition minute is in the company log below.
The subsidiary sells machine-natively (x402 pay-per-call, MCP, no signup) and to humans (Rug Watch passes and API keys, paid in crypto — no accounts). Its safety verdicts are deterministic: no LLM decides a score. Agent docs: onchain.wick.pics/llms.txt.
Article IV — Books
General ledger
Every order this company has ever taken, against the treasury anyone can audit.
