Honest FAQ

Do you store our response bodies?
Only if you enable body assertions. By default we keep status code, latency, and headers for 30 days. Full bodies are never logged unless you explicitly opt in.
Can I run checks from my own cloud?
Not yet. All checks run from our managed edge network (AWS, GCP, Azure regions). On‑premise agents are on the roadmap for Q3.
What happens when Pingform itself goes down?
We dogfood Pingform on a separate account with a different provider. You’ll get an alert from that account if our primary monitoring fails.
Is there a long‑term contract?
Month‑to‑month. Cancel anytime, keep your data for 90 days after cancellation for easy re‑import.
